Brittnie Cannon is the Founder and CEO of Nord Hills, a career strategy and talent development company helping individuals and universities approach career development with greater intention, strategy, and resourcefulness.
A graduate of Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management, Brittnie brings experience spanning clinical research and the commercial biopharmaceutical industry. Her perspective is shaped by her own transition from clinical research to business, her experience navigating the MBA career journey, and the career she has built in the biopharmaceutical industry since graduating.
With experience on both sides of the recruiting process, first as an MBA career switcher and now as an industry professional who has interviewed early career talent, Brittnie understands both what it takes to pursue competitive opportunities and what organizations look for in emerging talent.
She founded Nord Hills around a simple belief: exceptional careers are built intentionally.
